Glenpoint Finance, a small-business funding service in Dubuque, Iowa, discloses its role here: it matches requests with funding partners, who review them and make their own decision. The page covers merchant cash advances, how request information is shared, what to check in an offer, and compensation.
Glenpoint's role
Glenpoint Finance connects you with lending partners; partners make credit decisions and set rates and terms. Glenpoint does not make loans, issue credit decisions, promise any outcome or set the amount, rate, fees, term or collateral of any offer.
Nothing on this website is an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. Figures in examples are illustrative.
Partner decisions
Each funding partner applies its own review. A partner may decline a request, offer a different amount or structure than you asked for, or ask for more records. Offers come from the partner, in writing, and are governed by the partner's agreement, not by anything on this site.
Merchant cash advances are not loans
A merchant cash advance is a purchase of future receivables. It is priced with a factor rate rather than an interest rate, and its effective cost should be compared in dollars with a loan's. Read the full agreement, including remittance, reconciliation and default terms, before signing.
How your information is shared
To place a request, Glenpoint shares the information you give us with funding partners that may consider it. Partners may obtain credit reports and verify the information. The privacy policy, linked in the footer, explains what is collected and how to ask about it.
